Project Description – Several Projects – Sub-Division Works / Dilapidation Works / Maintenance Works.
Role – Over the course of a number of years we have carried out various building works packages.
Working closely with the centre management team and the client’s design and cost consultants we provide a full range of building services whilst ensuring the operational requirements of the shopping centre are not compromised in any way.
The relationship has been built up over a number of years and our ability to work as part of the team to ensure timescales, health and safety standards, quality of workmanship standards are all met is a result of our teamwork approach.
Some of the projects involved night shift working and piling inside a vacant shop unit to enable lift and escalator pits to be formed.
