Project Description – New build construction of a steel framed block of 6 retail units with associate services connections, drainage, footpaths, external lighting, bin stores, landscaping, etc.
Role – After having received a recommendation, Esk Property LLP made contact with Sim Building Group and negotiated a fixed price design and build contract.
The existing design team were novated.
The project was completed successfully to a high standard of workmanship, on time and with no dispute over final account.
During the works we were required to carefully consider the adjacent Hungry Horse restaurant operations and minimise disruption to them.
Access was required to be given to tenants fit-out contractors and co-ordination of this was managed without any problems.
The client is in the process of discussing further projects with us, reinforcing our commitment to maintaining existing clients through excellent service.
