Project Description – The project comprised 15 Units made up of 6 new private houses and 3 new build affordable houses and the conversion of an old school building into 6 spacious luxury apartments with all associated external works. This was a relatively small site which used to be the old St. Agatha’s Primary School and playground in Kirkintilloch.
This was a challenging project delayed and disrupted by Covid-19.
No additional costs were passed on to the client for the delay and disruption caused.
The client was delighted with this high quality project successfully delivered.
