Client – Loretto Housing Association ( Wheatley Group)

Project Description – The project comprised 21 Units made up of 12 new private terraced houses and 9 apartments including all associated roads and external works.

This was a site of old dis-used and derelict farm buildings that was a legacy of the farm that used to surround the area decades ago.

This project delivered 21 high quality, energy efficient much need homes to help meet the demand for housing in the area.

This was a challenging project delayed and disrupted by Covid-19.

No additional costs were passed on to the client for the delay and disruption caused.

The client was delighted with this high quality project successfully delivered.
