Project Description –Careful downtaking of existing gable wall to church and new build extension of new church halls, kitchen area, toilets and provision of new level access areas.
Role – This contract was negotiated with the church committee. Our role includes co-ordination and appointment of all consultants on this Design and Build Contract. We applied for and obtained planning and building warrant approvals.
During the construction phase we are working very well with the church committee and Minister to ensure that there is minimal disruption to the services required for Sunday worship.
Communication with the neighbouring local residents is ongoing to maintain good relations.
