External and Internal Refurbishment – 2 Douglas Street, Dundee

Project Description – Internal & External Refurbishment of car show room & adjacent garage workshop.

Role – After a traditional tender process we were appointed Main Contractor for the management and co-ordination of the construction works using both sub-contractors and our own direct labour.

The works involved the internal and external refurbishment of the existing car showroom including offices, associated repair centre, mot bays and adjacent paint spray workshop. External works included drainage repairs, resurfacing and white lining of the existing car park.

Close and regular communication with all of the team including client and consultants ensured there were no issues in successfully completing this project on time and within budget.
