Project Description – New build 40,000ft² warehouse with associated offices and toilets including large concrete yard and parking.
Role – As appointed Main Contractor we undertook to design, manage and co-ordinate the construction works using both sub-contractors and our own direct labour. The works involved the construction of a steel framed structure with insulated walls and roof panels. The steelwork and cladding was supplied by Astron with whom we have had a partnership agreement for 20 years.
The concrete floor slab and concrete yard area was one of the most important factors on the project where a perfect finish was achieved due to carefully managed preparation and close site supervision of the works.
This project was handed over on schedule with zero defects.
